Ciro Candia

Character & Parental Engagement Specialist

Ciro Candia is an educational consultant, former Headteacher and founder of the ProFamily Foundation. With over 30 years' experience in education, he has led schools, developed character and personal development programmes and worked extensively with parents, families and young people across the UK and Europe.

Ciro's work focuses on helping schools develop resilient, confident young people of strong character who are well prepared for adult life. He is particularly interested in strengthening partnerships between schools and families and in how schools can make better use of the relationships, role models and wider influences that help shape young people's lives.

Inception Pilot

Founding Cohort

The founding cohort. A small group of pioneer schools working directly with the expert to shape the programme, test the model, and establish the first hub community. Inception schools receive priority support and recognition at LocaeFest.

Term 1 - Introduction

Name your school's family engagement challenge. Get matched to Ciro's expertise. Meet peer schools working on similar parental engagement and character development priorities.

Term 2 - Review

Review progress with Ciro. Evidence gathered on family partnership outcomes. University partner validates what's working in your school community.

Term 3 - Certification

Your school earns CPD-accredited certification in family engagement and character development. Grounded in real outcomes, not theory.
