Founding Cohort

The founding cohort. A small group of pioneer schools working directly with the expert to shape the programme, test the model, and establish the first hub community. Inception schools receive priority support and recognition at LocaeFest.

Term 1 - Introduction

Name your leadership challenge. Get matched to Adam's expertise. Meet peer school leaders working on similar strategic and capacity-building priorities.

Term 2 - Review

Review progress with Adam. Evidence gathered on leadership development outcomes. University partner validates what's working in your school.

Term 3 - Certification

Your school earns CPD-accredited certification in enlightened leadership. Grounded in real outcomes, not theory.
