The OBC Programme is a structured, term-time programme delivered by LocaeRise in collaboration with an expert of your choosing, matched to your priority change. Each session gives your school leadership a named priority, matched support, and a verified expert certification.
The Programme Journey
Register Your School
Select your One Big Change priority and join an Inception Pilot cohort. Your school becomes part of a founding group shaping the programme.
Three Term Workshops
Attend three term-time workshops led by your matched expert. Term 1 introduces the framework, Term 2 reviews progress, Term 3 certifies outcomes.
Recognition & Certification
Successful schools earn CPD-accredited certification and gain nomination opportunities for LocaeAwards and LocaeFest showcases.
Hub Community Leadership
Outstanding schools become Hub Leads, receiving a stipend to host 3 workshops per year and support up to 10 local schools: with free hub access.
School Backed Commerce
Developing a new way to fund school priorities through everyday commerce.
